Just Came Back from training today and this is my status report:

• Injured Wrist
• Sprained Ankle
• Squeaking Knees
  
• Poor Stamina
• Slow reflexes
  
• Broken Spirit

I can barely complete 20 sets of 3 uchikumi and I am turning white. During randori Small Poh just give me a sweep and I was send flying off the mat. I wonder how am I going to go and compete in the Kyu grade competition next Sunday. LOL.

I don't wish to disappoint any one especially Mr Loh who has hopes in me. I wish I can be as focused as before. I guess my green belt has to wait.

I thank my friends Alvin, CH, Babu, Jerrold, Tim, Yvonne, Jessie, Chrischelle and many others who listen to me and offer advice to me.
